A Great Place To Work

Outware is one of the best places to work if you’re into mobile app development. The best thing about the Outware environment is our enthusiastic and passionate team. Working in a team at the forefront of app development on high-impact projects is a real buzz.

It’s also the small touches that make Outware a great place to work. Our office is light and airy (yes, you can open a window), and across the road from a park.

We’re located just off Chapel St in Windsor with plenty of cool cafes for lunch, and a 3 minute walk to Windsor train station. We’ve even got bike parking for those who like to ride in.

We provide you with breakfast everyday and things to snack on through the day including fresh fruit.

Our team also love the regular lunchtime developer sessions that are used to share knowledge and explore new technologies.

And where would we be without our coffee machine stocked with fresh coffee. Don’t like coffee? We’ve also got exotic teas and beer for the end of the day.

The best equipment

Outware doesn’t see a point on skimping on great equipment. All staff receive a high-spec MacBook Pro, dual screens and a high-end ergonomic chair.

We have all the latest mobile gadgets and tablets to test our apps. Often we get these before they are available to the general public, which always creates excitement in the office. If you like being surrounded by the latest phones and tablets this is the place for you.

Comfortable working hours

Outware was founded by developers. From experience, we know that the best development work rarely happens in a stressful environment.

Our projects are managed so that staff rarely have to work overtime and almost never on a weekend.
