Ian Thorpe – Cook for your Life

*FEATURED IN ITUNES APP STORE NEW & NOTEWORTHY*

Ian Thorpe has long been known for his incredible swimming achievements – less well known is that Ian loves to cook.

Over the years Ian has found he can’t just eat anything and still excel. Healthy eating has been essential in helping him perform at his peak.

Whether swimming, working or taking a break, Ian has refused to give up the flavours of his favourite meals. This, along with a lifelong love of cooking, has led him to develop simple, beautiful, easy-to-prepare, protein-rich meals to keep him in great shape.

Ian’s first cookery app, developed by Outware Mobile, is where he shares those recipes, as well as his philosophy on diet gleaned from experts in nutrition and performance that he’s had the privilege of working with during his years of elite sporting success.
