STUDENTS & GRADUATES
This is the perfect place to start your career or complete an internship if you want to get into the mobile industry.
Joining our team will allow you to develop your skills and experience by working on high profile projects with an experienced and friendly team. Learning is our culture. We have a strong history of mentoring junior team members and knowledge sharing, because we believe in continuous improvement and think that having a great attitude towards learning is just as important as experience alone.
One of our graduate iOS Developers, Sutina Wipawiwat, talks about her experience of joining Outware:
“I actually learned a lot. When I first joined Outware, I had zero mobile experience. I learned Objective C, process, development process. Outware taught me the real world actual experience of how it’s done. I learned how to work with people in a professional environment, which is very different to uni group assignments. I even learned how to play sport – everyone here taught me to love sport. I learned how to make coffee. I can make coffee art now! Working here has taught me a lot, and I’ve grown a lot as a person – which is a bit of a surprise.”
We believe that sharing our knowledge with the wider community of mobile enthusiasts, technology junkies and other industry experts is just as important as the work that we produce. As the saying goes, “in teaching we learn and in learning we teach”.
